Process Engineered Solutions
BCD are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of hygienic and high purity process solutions for the Life Science and Food & Beverage sectors. These process solutions are supplied to meet our customers' specific requirements, and are provided either as complete turnkey systems or as stand-alone process skids.
Vessels, Tanks & Silos
At BCD, we design and manufacture a range of process tanks, pressure vessels and storage silos for all applications and industry sectors. These can be manufactured from standard stainless steel (e.g. 304 & 316 ss), or from high alloy materials, such as AL6XN, SMO254 and hastelloy.
Tanks can be manufactured in BCD's workshop, and delivered as complete units in any size up to 330m3. Larger sizes can also be supplied, but may require final assembly on site.
Passivation
BCD's Passivation division provides a full range of passivation services as part of new installations, and also as a post-handover service (e.g. following system upgrades/modifications).
After-Sales Services
BCD's after-sales department provides a full range of post installation support for our process solutions. These include repair, replacement, shutdown maintenance, and system upgrades when required.
