As CEO, Richard leads the Management Team. He joined BCD in 2004 and has worked across many industries including Biotech & Pharmaceutical, Food, Dairy and Brewery. He has extensive expertise in a wide array of strategic, business, engineering and regulatory matters across these industries as a result of his management and operational experience. A Mechanical Engineer with qualifications in Sales, Finance and Management.

With over twenty years in senior leadership roles in both the Food & Beverage and Tech sectors, Claire has developed extensive experience and expertise in building business capabilities and leading transformational change.

Within BCD Claire provides leadership in Accounting & Controls, Financial Planning, Taxation Compliance, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement and IT.

Claire is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Masters in Management Practice.

Brian is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience of supplying specialist capital equipment to the Life Sciences sector. With his in-depth industry knowledge and strategic acumen Brian has consistently delivered exceptional results for his customers, making him a trusted partner in scoping and delivering process equipment solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in capital equipment sales to the Food & Beverage sector, Tony brings a wealth of applications and process knowledge to BCD's customers.

Seamus has spent over 17 years providing process solutions to the Life Sciences and Food & Beverage industries. A mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in engineering design and project management, Seamus is vastly experienced in the complete engineering project lifecycle.

Seamus’ current focus is on team leadership and project management which has resulted in a proven track record of managing successful projects from initial design, procurement and fabrication through to FAT, SAT and final project handover.

After working for over 12 years in the Bio-Pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceuticals industries, Tom brings significant experience to BCD's customers. This includes specification and design of upstream and downstream processing unit operations, through Basis of Design, P&ID development, equipment specification, automation controls, and equipment testing. He has also worked in both the commercial and project management areas of BCD, areas that feed directly into overall project designs, providing value engineering where possible. 

With over 20 years of experience in Site Service and Maintenance management, along with commercial experience within the F&B, Pharmaceuticals and Industrial industries, Edel brings significant experience to our BCD customers.

With over 30 years of experience working solely in the manufacturing industry, Ana Marie brings an extensive wealth of knowledge to the fore in the areas of Quality Management and ISO certification.  BCD’s customers benefit directly from Ana Marie’s multi-faceted, dynamic and versatile governance.

Mike has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of engineering design and project management in the oil & gas, power generation, medical device and pharmaceutical Industries.

In his current role Mike has focused on leading improvements in the areas of in health &safety, quality and efficiency across all of BCD’s manufacturing and production operations.

Kieran has over 20 years senior management experience in Human Resource Management across a range of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Education and Electronics. Kieran brings significant expertise across all elements of HRM with specific focus on establishing the HR function as a strategic partner and enabler of business development and growth.

A graduate of the University of Limerick, Kieran holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree In Business Studies.
